fitspo friday: wrist essentials

hey hey hey! It's Friday!! What better way to kick off the weekend than with some fitness inspiration (fitspo)?! Today I wanted to write a little bit about a few of the things that keep me motivated (other than the desire to look and feel healthy). I wear these items every day on my wrist and they're also pretty stylish as well!

The first item of my wrist fitspo collection is the Liv Fit Dumbbell Bracelet which I LOVE! This bracelet is super cute and the gold and black colors go with almost any outfit (workout or not) but they also have a bunch of different color combos! It's a constant reminder that I'm on a fitness journey and that everyday I need to strive to be the best me that I can be. I also just love that the words "Liv Fit" are written on a dumbbell!! So if you're into lifting, working out in general, or just want to try to lead a healthier lifestyle, this bracelet is a great addition to your wrist-game (and it's pretty cheap!)

The second item of my wrist fitspo collection in the Lebron James Foundation "I Promise" Band. Let me just start by saying that this only costs 5$ and all of the proceeds go to charity, so if you're like me and you plan on wearing it (almost) everyday, this is a great investment for ya! This bracelet is super durable, water resistant, and just overall comfortable (it's your standard 'livestrong' bracelet). The inspiration I get from this piece is incredible. Any time I don't feel like going to the gym, or I'm craving a Domino's pizza, I just look down at my wrist to recall the promise that I made to myself at the beginning of this fitness journey. The amount of times that this bracelet has stopped me from getting off track is actually crazy lol. It really allows me to step back and think to myself on a deeper level about what I want in the moment vs. what I want in the end...and what I want in the end always wins. So I highly recommend this bracelet if you need a little help sticking to your fitness goals, breaking a bad habit, or any other difficult task!

The third item on my wrist isn't really for inspiration. The apple watch is a convenient way to time some of my workouts in the gym, but let's be real...this can be done with almost any watch (and one that's MUCH cheaper than an apple watch). I do recommend getting a watch for the gym so that you can keep an easy eye on the clock, but it's not a necessity or a fitspo item.

So those are the things I wear on my wrist daily. Two of them are super important to my mindset and reaching my goals and hopefully if any of you choose to purchase them, they will serve the same purpose for you :)
